The Healing Rock, located near Skiatook Lake, was believed to have restorative powers by the Osage and Quapaw people. Standing 12 feet tall with a 17-foot base, it was moved to its current location before the lake’s creation in 1984. Visitors can enjoy a serene 1/8-mile nature trail to the rock and explore the lake's peaceful surroundings, popular for fishing, birdwatching, and hiking.
