About Skiatook

Skiatook has a little bit of everything to experience. You'll find Native American culture from the annual Kihekah Steh Pow Wow to shopping at Supernaw's Indian Supply in Skiatook's Downtown Gateway District. Add the Skiatook Museum to your itinerary and stop in to learn something intriguing.

Skiatook Lake was constructed in the early 1980s as a flood control and water supply reservoir. The lake spans over 10,000 acres, offering ample space for boating, fishing, swimming, sailing, and kayaking. Its shores and surrounding hills attract visitors year-round, drawn not only to its scenic beauty but also to its abundant wildlife and serene camping spots.
