When it comes to leather work, Bar Diamond Leather is BOSS! Bar Diamond Leather at 227 S. Cosden in Shidler is owned by Ali Payne. Mainly self-taught, her hobby took off when a dear family friend left her all of her tools and hardware for doing leather work. An equine dentist by trade who cattle ranches with her husband, Payne creates custom tack and other leatherwork to order. Store hours are Tuesdays and Fridays 9 – 1 p.m. or by appointment.
