Hominy Municipal Lake

The Hominy Muicipal Lake has facilities that include boat ramps, fishing dock, picnic area, grills, restrooms, playground, and group shelter. A softball/baseball field is also on site.

In addition, the Hominy Municipal Lake provides 165 surface acres of water and six miles of shoreline.

Also, RV sites with electric hookups are available. Campers must check in at police station, 115 S Regan, Hominy, Oklahoma.  918-885-4545  Also, a permit is required for fishing.

Permit Information:

Permits are available at the Hominy Police Department.

Season permits are $12 for non-residents.

Daily permits are $2.50 for non-residents.

Boating Permits are required for Jet skis or powered boats: season permits are $40 for non-residents.

Daily permits are $5.

Boating permits for sailboats or canoes are required per boat: the seasonal rate is $24, and the daily rate is $4 for non-residents.

Skiing Permits are required per person: the seasonal rates are $15 and the daily rates are $3 for non-residents.

Combination fishing/boating/skiing permits are available:  the annual rate is $30 which covers anyone in the boat fishing and/or skiing for one year from date of receipt.

Persons under 16 years of age or over 65 years of age will NOT be charged to fish, boat or ski.

Disabled veterans with a card, fish for free.

Camping Permits are required:  the daily rate is $15 (over 65 years of age $7.50 per day).

Daily rate (after weatherized) is $10 (due to no water).

The camping maximum time allowed is 14 days — and no more than two units.

Tent camping: may set up on RV site, but will be charged camping prices listed above.

Tents on grass area not on RV site, no utilities used — no charge.

No camping is permitted on Private Lake Lots.

Everyone camping must check in with the Hominy Police Department first.
