Farmhouse Near the PW Mercantile and Lake Skiatook
The Farmhouse sits on a 160-acre farm south near The Pioneer Woman Mercantile and Lake Skiatook. It has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Less than 30 minutes to Pioneer Woman or Skiatook Lake. This is an old style farmhouse that has an upstairs wrap-around porch accessible from three bedrooms. Plenty of opportunities for hiking or just finding a quiet place of respite. It’s not uncommon to see deer and hear turkeys calling. Another option is fishing in our varied ponds – catch and release only. Cattle are grazing in the fields around the house. Come for a change of pace!
The space
A beautiful, country getaway for the family. Lots of space, land, ponds, and animals to see! Step out onto the front porch and you’re greeted by a serene landscape nestled into the quiet hills of Osage County!
Guest access
Long driveway with covered carport. 160 acres of pasture/wooded area. If you can access it through a gate from the house or straight across the road from the house, you can explore to your heart’s content. Just don’t climb on the fences; only access through the gates. There are two picnic tables outside the house on the attached patio – great for outside picnics!
Other things to note
Just as a side note, you may fish the ponds, but it is strictly catch and release only! Also the area is notorious for unreliable cell service – just to let you know.
